Normally, we offer surprise bags. But today, we’re thrilled to announce a brand-new concept that lets you enjoy surplus food your way — and this time, you get to choose what you want!

We’re launching this initiative with our 2 premium hotels — The Astor at Eaton Hong Kong and Cordis Hong Kong — where you can serve yourself from their surplus buffet selection and take home your DIY meals you love, all while helping the planet.
