隨住零浪費日（2026年3月30日）臨近——呢個係一個全球反思我哋消費同浪費方式嘅時刻，有一點值得大家諗一諗： "Food loss and waste represent a major climate and environmental threat. They account for up to 10% of global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, nearly five times the emissions from the aviation sector, and up to 14 per cent of global methane emissions. Tackling food waste is among the most cost-effective and readily achievable climate solutions, aligned with zero-waste approaches that prioritize prevention, resource efficiency and systemic change" - UNEP.

問題好大，但同時亦係一個清晰嘅機會。

因為改變唔係一年一次開始，而係由我哋每日嘅選擇開始。

1. Prize Terms (Flight Ticket)獎品條款（機票）

   1. The flight ticket prize is subject to a maximum value of HKD 1,500. Any additional costs exceeding this amount shall be borne by the winner. Yindii reserves the right to determine the booking details, including airline, travel dates, and itinerary, in coordination with the winner.機票獎品最高價值為 HKD 1,500，超出金額需由得獎者自行承擔。Yindii 保留最終決定訂票安排（包括航空公司、出發日期及行程）的權利，並會與得獎者協調。

   2. The winner will also be required to create a collaborative Reel featuring a food rescue experience with Yindii in Seoul, South Korea.得獎者需製作一條合作 Reel，分享於韓國首爾與 Yindii 一同拯救食物的體驗。

2. Content Ownership & Usage Rights內容使用權及版權

   1. By participating in this campaign, participants grant Yindii a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, repost, edit, and distribute submitted content (including videos, images, captions, and usernames) for marketing and promotional purposes.參加本活動即表示參加者授予 Yindii 非獨家、免版稅、全球性及永久使用權，可用於使用、複製、轉載、編輯及分發所有提交內容（包括影片、圖片、文字及用戶名稱）作市場推廣用途。

   2. This includes, but is not limited to, usage on Yindii’s website, mobile app, social media channels, digital ads, PR materials, and newsletters.包括但不限於用於 Yindii 官方網站、手機應用程式、社交平台、數碼廣告、公關宣傳及電子通訊等。

   3. Yindii will make reasonable efforts to credit the original creator where applicable.Yindii 會在適當情況下盡量標註原創作者。

3. Participant Responsibilities參加者責任

   1. All submitted content must be original and must not infringe on any third-party rights.所有提交內容必須為原創，並不得侵犯任何第三方權利。

   2. Participants are responsible for obtaining consent from any individuals appearing in their content.如內容中涉及其他人士，參加者需自行取得其同意。

   3. Content must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or misleading material.內容不得包含任何不當、冒犯或誤導性資訊。

4. Disqualification取消資格

   1. Yindii reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:Yindii. 保留取消以下參加者資格的權利。

   2. Submits incomplete or non-compliant entries. 提交不完整或不符合要求的參加作品。

   3. Engages in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behavior. 涉及欺詐、誤導或不當行為。

   4. Violates Instagram’s guidelines or applicable laws. 違反 Instagram 規則或相關法律。

5. General Conditions一般條款

   1. Yindii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.Yindii 保留隨時修改、暫停或終止活動的權利，恕不另行通知。

   2. Yindii is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or lost entries.Yindii 不會對任何技術問題、延誤或遺失參加資料負責。
